The more you stutter, the less you'll stutter. I recently became a lead at my job, so I have more communication and meetings to do. I still stutter a bunch, but not as bad as before. And I don't care nearly as much because I know my thoughts are worth hearing... That makes a big difference too. Basically keep being in situations where you'll stutter, and eventually it starts to lose its scariness.
