The NSA has two 5k races for fundraising that are called “don’t tell me to slow down”. Duh. Thank you so much! We would never have thought of slowing down if you hadn’t said it. It’s like someone telling my friend with debilitating headaches that she should take Tylenol. Aaargh!!!!!!!
