Push yourself my friend. I was pretty weak and depressed at your age. I had an epiphany that nothing matters if my heart is still beating. Threw myself into the fire when a journalism opportunity came up. Wasn’t easy but the fear got brutally beaten out of me over the years. Started working out, building muscle and have never had more options with the opposite sex at 30. Good luck bro.
