Started again to Stutter after having it under control for many years

Started again to Stutter after having it under control for many years I have had very severe stuttering while growing up to the point where I had severe mental anxiety during my school days Fast forward a few years later , it got under control on its own and I was able to get on with my life and have a pretty successful career so far . Suprisingly , a few months it just returned and is more noticeable in a public speaking environment Just wanted to reach out to the community if this happened to others and how do you deal with it
