Definitely. I mentally prepare for like a week to call my car dealership and book a service. One of my local pizza-places accepts online orders and that is probably the sole reason I don't use anyone else in the area, lol. Something weird I noticed during covid... Video-conferencing works slightly better. If I look at the video-feed of myself, I tend to stutter way less than if there is no video at all. I've tried to turn on my own video, even if noone else has theirs turned on, it's still a lot better than a normal phone call.
