What kind of job should I look for if I want to improve my speech fluency?

What kind of job should I look for if I want to improve my speech fluency? I don't want a sale and marketing job (don't like the idea of upselling someone or persuading someone to buy an item for my own benefit). I'm currently a waitress but I find that I don't actually converse much to my customers. Do you think being a customer service representative will help with my speech fluency? I stutter most when I'm talking to someone who is older than me (I think it's because I've always been told to never talk back to my elders. I'm currently 23 btw).
