A man got a free beer because I stuttered. I was in a bar at an airport to drink some whiskey (I'm a whiskey drinker what can I say). I saw they had a bourbon called Angel's Envy. When I started ordering I stutterd hard on both angels and Envy. After a bit of stuttering, the bartender went to get my drink, and I thought nothing of it that the went to the back room and not to the whiskey shelf. Shortly after, he came back with a pint of Amber (a beer of some kind) but I told him I wanted the bourbon. He said sorry and gave it to a man 2 seats from me who was drinking Amber. Bartender told him it was his lucky day. The man thanked me (I don't know if he heard me stutter but he knew I ordered the wrong thing). I said to him "you're welcome". Win-win stuttering there if you ask me.
