I vote don't, it's not like you're going to be hiding it if you meet in person. The reason for don't is because you might paint a worse picture of yourself than is true. Usually what you'd want to disclose is stuff that has an impact on a long term relationship, and you want to do that after more than just one date. Let people form their own opinions and do your best to be a person that you like.
