Silent blocks

Silent blocks Hello guys. I have a very weird problem that I want to share. Recently I have been overthinking my speech patterns and for some reason developed a silent block. The thing is- it’s completely silent. I know I can use filler words, I know my vocal cords are functioning properly, I know I don’t stutter in the traditional sense of the word (repetitions and so on), but I still occasionally suffer from COMPLETELY silent blocks. Any advice would be appreciated.
