Yes, everyone should see the video!!! I found it this year in around February-May and it was really hard to get used to (as the doctor in the video says) "baubling", or something like voluntary stuttering is a way to put this too. Whenever I'd stumble on a word or re-repeat like this, I'd be thinking "here we go another bad speech day". However, now, I don't pay attention to those little disfluencies at all and I even initiate them often. Basically, what I used to think is stuttering, isn't anymore to me. It's so much easier to start talking now since I don't have to worry if I start li-like this, because many people do so, not just stutterers. I have put all my focus now to breathing: meditation and other exercises, it's really helping...
