If you read the other comment I made I have tried tons of SSR's, SNRI's and anti psychotics which had little effect at all. The biggest difference I have with Caplyta is that I don't feel like I have a brain fog. Initially though I felt lots of anxiety and kind of a regression for a few weeks since my body had to adjust. I will also say if you miss a dose or two that you notice right away and can have trouble sleeping at all.
