If you are interested in computer science I think you should give it another try. You said you didn't like the online part. Are there non-online classes to take? If coding interests you, then you should find another angle on it. --- like the other comment above about being a webdev. There's nothing about Poli Sci that requires you to do teaching. It's a liberal arts major, so people major in poli sci and do all kinds of stuff, but yes, the modal choice is law school or government. So I think it's more about interests -- don't let stuttering make the choice for you.
