I have this dumb tick with my hand where I make a rolling gesture with my index finger. Kind of as if to say: “I’m getting to my point, just wait a sec” lol. One of my worst is probably where I get so stuck that I also open my mouth all the way and my eyes roll back. I don’t have any advise to give, but I just wanted to let you know, you’re not alone <3
