Struggling with clusters ? So when I’m testing out words with clusters like breakfast,Greece,Pretty and sometimes drag those those letters out on my own I have perfect control and can pronounce it freely however I want. But during a conversation I don’t know how I should pronounce it which causes the most anticipation and tension on these type of words for me. Because as a kid I always got around these words in conversations so I never thought I was able to say them like any normal speaker. In speech therapy I also was taught a method to like put a pause with clusters or to put a vowel between them but my partner says who’s a linguist (ironically) says it should be without a vowel . But i don’t know, even when you pronounce clusters it does sound like there’s a vowel in there ,it has become like imposter syndrome almost because I’m already capable of something but convinced myself otherwise. How do you pronounce clusters ?
