I've found that we are our own cures. It took me almost 30 years but I've found it's all about our attitudes, beliefs, emotions. The biggest strides I made is when I stopped avoiding speaking situations. Stuttering is a teacher. You learn to choose courage over fear. I still stutter but I don't get the long soul crushing blocks anymore. I don't try and hide that I stutter, and for this reason most of the anxiety is gone. People will accept you for who you are.
