I'm 36, in the military, running a shift of 8 personnel. Take my opinion with a grain of salt but I've been living with a stutter my entire life: Cnfidence with a stutter is dreading speaking in front of people but doing it anyways because you deserve to be heard. Confidence with a stutter is being able to laugh at your stutter, because c'mon, I bet everyone in this subreddit has stuttered at a massively inconvenient time. Confidence with a stutter is *not letting your stutter hold you back*. It sucks hard, I know, but from what you wrote you're on the right path, my friend. Don't deviate and ensure the world hears what you to say.
