As everyone here has already said, it's just politics. None of the people who actually make fun of him would do it if someone in their family had a disability of some sort. And let's be honest, those people who make fun of Biden's stutter but had no complaints about how the last President sounded when he spoke are just ridiculous. The previous President sounded like a drunken toddler in most of his speeches.
