Hey there, there is another disorder of speech fluency called cluttering. There is usually either a rapid or irregular speech rate. Some speech sounds in words, especially longer words, may be absent or reversed. And like stuttering, it often occurs more in higher pressure situations. And, some folks have both stuttering and cluttering. If you can find a speech-language pathologist who specializes in fluency disorders, they should be able to diagnose you, and treat you if you like.
