I can read now but still stutter when I talk normally

I can read now but still stutter when I talk normally Hi everyone, a few months ago I had made a post of how my stutter has relapsed followed by some problems that I came across because of it. I've been practicing a few techniques that I found here and there, such as making slashes between words before reading, speaking in front of a mirror and talking to a small group (for this I've moved to my friends' house). This has helped me a lot and am now able to read with more fluency ( although I still remain feel fear in my chest). Speaking my thoughts out is still a huge hurdle for me and it has been getting worse over time. Has anyone ever been in a situation like this or know if someone has been and what did you do/doing to overcome it?
