You don't have to talk to anyone to get food. You can use hand and facial gestures (including the very common pointings and noddings and shakings) to get what you want. :) I mean, just in case it still felt to you like you necessarily had to talk to get food. Because we don't. We can even write stuff and show, if we want (e.g. smartphones are pretty much ubiquitous these days, which ought to help with that).   Now, obviously, just in case this isn't already the case, I'd wish for you to be able to manage your stutter to a point where you can actually use speech to order food. But also, I'd wish for you to recognize that the shop doesn't care about stutter. And in the event that it does, you can always write a complaint.
