1. Possibly prozac alongside high vitamin B1 intake. Apparently [prozac increases neuroplasticity.](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28854520/) Other than that, no clue. 2. I do fear it somewhat, but I hope it never returns. It was a nightmare. 3. I started stuttering when I was 12 or 13. Disappeared when I was 17 - 18. 4. It was moderate to severe. It gradually became more mild as I got older and I seem to rarely stutter. To clarify, I do sometimes stutter, but it's extremely mild to the point I don't classify it as a stutter. I definitely can feel stutters though. They feel more like an uncontrollable tick rather than merely tripping up on my words as it may seem to others observing me.
