This speaks to me , I have a phone job now & some phone calls & soon as the person hears me stuttering they can’t talk to me , they want to be transferred or speak to the manager . I’m like I can help you & I can’t transfer you . You have to call back and wait on hold if you don’t want to speak to me , I’m perfectly capable . It’s people like that , that make me feel so bad about myself
