I hated mine so damn much too! I hit rock bottom when I couldn't ask for simple things for my kid. I did want to be normal, just as you want now. And I am normal now. I am just as fluent as anyone else, maybe even more fluent actually. Often when I write about that I overcome stuttering some don't seem to belive me and say bad things to be.
