That doesn't sound like a long-term strategy that's a viable, in my experience. But it does prove that you are capable of fluency. Learn to speak fluently through speech therapy and you can use that fluency outside of the therapist office as well. Again, speaking from experience. It's a process. Learning fluency is like developing any other skill.
