You're right. All it takes is a little courage to face the hurdle even if you're scared. Even fluent people face rejection all the time, it's an unavoidable part of the process. If anything, disclosing one's stutter before an interview shows the employer you're ready and determined *despite* your speech impediment. It takes balls to do that.
