Lol I would ask for customer receipts and get yelled at, threatened, and cursed at. Normally, my flight or fight sense got activated so I didn't stutter. But you're the one in charge. The key is stay calm. These guys will curse you and then walk off. Don't show weakness. I never told anyone about my stutter since I don't wanna be defined by it on purpose. I didn't have a problem with it at work. No one cared.
