You just gotta deal with it. I try to focus on just remembering the material the entire time and run through the bullet point topics in my head leading right up to doing it. Try not to think about any of it. When you get up there, just pic three focal points to constantly look at in the audience. One in the middle, one to your right and one to your left. Focus on those three (assuming that you chose three people as your focal points, or at least an object above their heads) and it'll feel like you are just speaking to three people. Not a whole audience.
