I don't have a stutter in conversations, but when I try to say something when I'm alone, I can't get the word out, and I have to count to four and snap to finally say the word. Has this happened to anyone?

I don't have a stutter in conversations, but when I try to say something when I'm alone, I can't get the word out, and I have to count to four and snap to finally say the word. Has this happened to anyone? Like the title says, I don't have a stutter, but when I'm alone I can barely say anything to myself! Do you guys know anything about the underlying issue here? When I try and research this I mostly get results where the opposite is true (stuttering in groups but not alone). Sometimes even my count to four trick doesnt work and I get really frustrated with myself. What's up with this?
