This is something you have to remember: Even if you stutter, you can achieve a productive and satisfying result. - You should not be afraid of stuttering. You should not be afraid of what people think. You should just focus on saying what you want to say, and doing what you want to do. Nobody can ever be certain that they can be "perfect", and it's unnecessary to expect unreasonable levels of performance from yourself. It's important for you to recognize the thought patterns you have about these things. Much of our suffering is in fact something we can manage ourselves, because we can change the way we react to this thing that we're stuck with. - Don't expect "a catastrophe" when you speak. Expect a _stutter_. Nothing catastrophical about that. It's just a thing that some people have.
