In this case you've personally met the people you are speaking with. Try closing your eyes after submitting the call and picturing them standing in front of you. From there have the conversation as if it's happening in real time. and BTW calling directors is frantic for EVERYONE lol! Just remember to keep it concise and direct. Always have a good phrase to end the call "thanks, talk to you soon". It grows on you.
