Honestly, I never really had that much problems with being explicit about my stuttering. I just casually mentioned to people I have a stutter and they shouldn't feel awkward around me. Just make sure that they do not think you're insecure because that's an unattractive personal trait. Do you genuinely want to be explicit about it by the way? Do you feel like you really want to tell people that you have a stutter?
