Is Stuttering More Of A Psychological Aspect Than A Technical One? They say, ”Stuttering is just in the head.” What if a PWS (Person Who Stutters) meets a severe road/ car accident and suffers through slight brain damage. They experience acute memory loss. Now what? Would they forget the fact that their speech was all choppy before going through the incident or would they be fluent and speak like a normal person. Assuming: this car accident doesn't have any effect on the ”speech-oriented” part of the brain? Eager to listen to your thoughts!!
