Correlation does NOT equal causation

Correlation does NOT equal causation I’ve seen a lot of “my stutter is caused by …(some wacky, off-the-wall thing)” or some variation as of late. I just want to say, fellow stutterers, that correlation doesn’t equal causation. And while it’s okay to question and wonder why you or anyone else has a stutter, at the end of the day, nobody knows, not even science, and while there have been breakthroughs, it's all still speculation. Until there is a definite answer, the only thing you can do as a person with a stutter is live your life fully. Yes, it can be difficult at times, but such is life. This is in no way me asking anybody to stop making posts about where they think their stutter comes from. I quite enjoy reading about other’s experiences and how they are alike or differ from mine.
