I always struggle for words while speaking

I always struggle for words while speaking There's a fact i stutter but i too don't know how to explain myself to others,i can't come up with words while speaking . I am able to hide my stutter in short 2-3 word answer,but i couldn't able to express myself in bit long conversation.
