the tip about encouraging "what do you mean" sounds good. I will take it, but I'm a bit afraid of taking it fully without regulations in place. I'd probably enforce a rule like "you may ask for clarification but let me finish two sentences first." and let them know that my occasional frowning is no indication of being mad at them.
