I've had it before and it works great for the first couple of months, then your brain adapts to it and it's not as effective. It cost like $5k if you can swing that go for it and it will boost your self-confidence just knowing that it is ACTUALLY possible for you to talk without stuttering. That may be worth more than anything else.
