Hey friend. Are you me? Stress, anxiety and high levels of cortisol can make it hard to think clearly. I graduated in the top 10% of my high school class and I was being absolutely crushed in University because I couldn't think clearly. If you're trying to get through it - these are thing things that helped. \- Limit caffeine \- good sleep \- regular exercise \- practice mindfulness \- Plan something fun on a regular basis A few weeks ago, I also started taking a low dose of a beta blocker and this has made a big difference for me. If you have access to a doctor or therapist, I'd highly recommend trying to talk to them.
