It’s a hurdle you someday need to get over, and you will, if you put in the work. Someday you will be able to not “cope” with it and just be with it. It doesn’t define you and you can literally do whatever you want in life….maybe not public speaking but that’s okay lol It’s a very thick wall to break through and I’m in my mid-20’s and just barely starting to get through it. It’s frickin tough. But embrace the process and keep going. Stay positive. Find something to be grateful for every day. Write in a journal and have a dialogue with yourself. Write out your feelings, write 5-10 things you’re grateful for every morning and every night. Exercise, eat healthy, read books.
