At my interview for my current job about five years ago, I stuttered so bad and cried after. Fives years in, I’ve had almost yearly promotions and tripled my salary. Your stutter does not define how much you can contribute. Take every opportunity to learn and care about the organization’s mission, and nobody will care about how you speak.
