This recently just happened to me, too. It coincided with a “big” birthday recently, and upset me pretty badly for an entire day bc I realized it’s plausible people will think I have cognitive issues as I get older. People can be so dense and ignorant! You’re not alone!! If you need to vent we are here as a community for each other.
