It’s sometimes referred to as the mid-youth crisis, and it’s completely normal. You just graduated, school was a comfortable structure and routine which you no longer have, and that change is the root of your anxiety. It sounds to me that you need to get out more, reconnect with your university friends, find out what they’re doing. – Does your school have a career center? Go to it. – Any of your school friends/acquaintances you know are currently working in the field? Go have coffee with them. – I don’t know if you’ve been through therapy or not, but regardless I often recommend Toastmasters. It’s an incredible environment where you get to build your confidence in speaking and projecting (voice). Good luck friend. Remember in a year what you’re going through right now will be in the distant past.
