38(M) here. Married with 1 kid, 2 dogs, working for a major oil company, homeowner on the ocean. I wish I could tell my 20 year old self that I’d be ok, it would’ve saved me so much anxiety. Things get easier, things get better, you never stop thinking about it, but you care much less!
