Looking to speak with people who have taken control of their speech

Looking to speak with people who have taken control of their speech If anybody is available, I'd like to talk to people with a "success story", preferably on skype some time. I'd like to discuss some things on hopefully a more understanding level than what I've heard at therapy-type sessions in the past. If you could pm me or leave a post in case other people would like to do similar things. Appreciate it
