You are welcome to message me directly with any specific questions you have. However, I will tell you this with regard to your “nerve wracking” experience. You are in good hands in this field. Your fellow students and colleagues should be more understanding and patient about speech than the average person. You will find that they will be interested in you and your experience as a PWS. You know what it’s like to struggle and many SLPs never truly will and there’s something special in that. In a way, it gives you some credibility and respect. Keep your head up and think of yourself as an asset to your fellow students, professors, and future clients/patients.
