This doesn’t sound like developmental stuttering, for many reasons. Primarily your age, and the fact that it’s about the same whether you’re alone, with family or with strangers. Psychogenic stuttering is extremely rare, but that’s my best guess given the limited information. If this is accurate, it shouldn’t last very long…
