By "speech", do you mean speech therapy? Sounds good that it helped! Why did you stop? I mean, maintenance is ongoing and all. Also, it's fine to be scared of a comminucation situation. Don't get yourself down about it. And be careful with that anger, it can be unhealthy too. I can't tell from your post, but do you have someone close to you that cou tan talk to about it? It's not good carrying around these things on your own.
