Just for fun & entertainment, the next time you order coffee at a cafe, why not give them a name you can pronounce easily? There is no law that says you can't assume a fake name to order coffee. If you find that really helpful, then maybe you could petition the gov't to have your real name changed, from say John Paul McGovern to John Paul Alan McGovern, and tell your friends that you would like to be called "Alan" from now on.
