definitely report her to your supervisors. if you can’t do anything (since she’s married to your boss) then you can always direct your support to the victim, and let him know that he isn’t alone and that you’ve got his back. otherwise, try a gentler approach and confront the bully respectfully about it, maybe with the victim by your side if he would like to be there and let her know how her actions are quite harmful. sorry you’re in this situation and thank you for looking out for your coworkers :)
