I think the estimate on the number of people who stutter is a little exaggerated, because a lot of people say they stutter but their stuttering is really minor. Occasional. A lot of my friends say they stutter too but I've hardly heard them stuttering. I'm not trying to take anything away from them, they have their own daily challenges and all but my whole goddamn life has revolved around this fucking curse which sometimes become so severe that I wanna shoot myself. I can't count number of times I've been humiliated even in adulthood. Hell just last week a surgeon hid her smile cuz I stuttered at a patient's name. I got all red but pretended to be focused on something else. But inside I was dying
