Mindfulness, practice awareness of your body—so sit in meditation and practice sensing all parts of your body. Then practice doing this when you’re in the presence of other people. Then try to maintain awareness of the body even when you’re speaking (although awareness when speaking will be much more difficult than awareness when alone… but if you practice a lot when alone, I think it will help)
